Boot Fit Specialists

Foot health is important to your wellbeing. There is no more important component in your snowboard setup than your boots. Your feet are your foundation after all. With our custom boot fitting service and the use of insoles, heat molding, strategic boot stretching and several other boot fitting tools at our disposal, we are able to provide you the custom fit you need to take your snowboarding to the next level and the backbone to having a positive day on the hill. This equates to more runs, increased comfort, improved balance and overall better performance. All boots from The Board Room come standard with a lifetime boot fit guarantee. Whether you experience a fit a problem we need to address day one or year two, we are here to ensure your feet stay happy and you have the best fit possible. Best part is this is all included with your boot purchase at no additional cost (Minus insoles). If you happen to have purchased your boots elsewhere, we still can help for a small price well worth the comfort.

Expert Tuning Facility and Service Work

For over 22 years, The Board Room has been providing Boise with the best snowboard specific tune shop in town. Our expert tune techs have a combined 30+ years of experience in snowboard service and repair. We not only offer basic tuning services, we also offer structured base grinding (based off current conditions on the hill), base welding, edge repair and more at our tuning facility. We provide expedited service that allows you jump ahead on the tuning schedule and during most of the season, our customers can expect a 24hr turnaround time on service work. The Board Room even has a climate controlled environment (MJ Hyper Baric Sleep Chamber 3000) that keeps your snowboards base at a constant temperature to ensure maximum wax absorption so your board glides as fast as possible while retaining wax longer. Tuning services are included FREE for the first season with all snowboard purchases and you can even extend this service to include additional seasons with an annual subscription/Tune Card purchase.

Extended Warranty / Repair

We don’t stock products we don’t believe in. Our pro staff uses the products we sell and are well versed and educated on all of our products and how they perform. If something isn’t quite right with your equipment purchased from us, we will do everything in our power to get you back up and running as fast as possible, even beyond the manufacturers warranty date. Service you’ll only find at The Board Room.
