The Boardroom teamed up with Saint Alphonsus and a handful of other businesses including our friends at Greenwoods Ski Haus, Brundage, Sun Valley and Bogus Basin to participate in this years “Winter Themed” entry in the Festival of Trees and contribute to a great cause in doing so.
The Festival of Trees is one of the most popular family/community activities in the Treasure Valley that typically draws over 25,000 attendees annually. The trees are auctioned at the Festival of Trees Gala, which is a black tie fund raiser, and trees typically sell for thousands of dollars each.
We are very proud to win Best in Show First Prize for the Professional Tree-decorating division. Our tree was also chosen as one of the trees that was raffled off at the gala fundraiser last night and received one of the highest bids of all the trees.
The proceeds from this year’s Festival of Trees will go towards women’s wellness and purchasing a state-of-the-art mobile mammography van that can be used to help women throughout the region.
The Boardroom was proud to participate in this great community fundraiser!
